My Current Program

This is the current training split I am doing.  This is a pure Agonist/Antagonist program. This style of training has been proven in multiple studies to be the most effiecient for hypertrophy.  If you want to push yourself to the nest level join me.  Each workout will take around 90 minutes, and if you workout with a partner closer to 120 minutes.

 

A standard gym membership will be needed in order to complete this program.

 

If adjustments are necessary due to a lack of access to equipment or due to injury send me an email.
