Push-Pull-Legs/Agonist-Antagonist Hybrid Program

This is an advanced 8 week bodybuilding split. This program was first thought of by Arnold himself, it is a mix of a PPL split with an Agonist/Antagonist split. Agonist/Antagonist muscle groups are opposite muscle groups, data shows that training opposing muscle groups together (ex. Chest & Back) increases blood flow/recovery of the resting muscle group and thus induces greater hypertrophy effects.

 

A standard gym membership will be needed in order to complete this program.
